Holy cow, it’s been a very LONG time since I’ve blogged about what we eat. Life has been so crazy for me. I’m finally getting into the swing of things, once again. I have found some new items on my lovely non- GMO list of foods that are just fabulous.
My main concern with GMO’s is that it’s sooooo toxic for our bodies, yet our government thinks it’s perfectly fine. Tell me why they spray our foods with toxic chemicals ( btw they are wearing full body suits, breathing masks, and being told not to have the chemicals touch their bodies) and then say it’s OK to EAT? Boggles my mind!!! WHY??? They don’t care, that’s why. It’s all about population control, I’m so sure of it.
Ok. Now going back to what this blog was meant for…
Butter, sour cream, cream cheese, and anything made with milk…cow’s milk to begin with. I quite often wary of what cow’s milk based products I get. I have discovered a really creamy, rich butter called, Melt. It’s amazing! I don’t even know how to describe it other than it being, amazing. Melt is also a soy-free butter. I melted it ( not punt intended) tonight to put in my dish, and it looked like milk. So delicious! I found this at my local Natural Grocers supermarket. I love Natural Grocers; they are my next best thing since I don’t have a Trader Joe’s. They have everything that’s so affordable and sometimes, most times, they have sales left and right.
